Henna is a hair and body care

Henna revitalizes hair and skin

Pure henna powder 100% organic.  A very high quality, super fine powder which is excellent for dyeing hair in a rich reddish tone.  This Henna powder has the best quality. It also contains high contents of fresh herbs.
The virtues of henna, henna is an asset of oriental beauty with multiple virtues.  It gives the hair suppleness and exquisite beauty without forgetting that it purifies the body and gives the skin a velvety sensation.  Henna is regularly found in two treatments: hair and body.

Henna, a pretty hair color

Mixed with water, essential oils or even rose water, the powder of the henna leaves, applied to the hair, gives them a subtle coloring.  We can obtain simple reflections as a more uniform coloring, ranging from red to auburn (dark chestnut).  It depends on the original color (blonde will have a hard time turning brown!) and the exposure time.  henna strengthens and beautifies my hair.

And in addition to giving you pretty highlights, it's risk-free: henna does not damage the hair, it protects it!  Where most chemical dyes lift the scales of the hair (making them dry), henna clings to the keratin.  Result: they are shinier and less brittle.  A godsend for our mane!  the color of henna does not replace the current color but is added to it: no risk of losing your original skin tone.  Henna also promotes hair growth.  With natural henna, I enjoy the benefits without dyeing my hair.

Neutral henna is less known than so-called "natural" henna, however, it is by far the most used.  Unlike its namesake, neutral henna does not color, and only provides the benefits of henna to our hair.  With its restricting and purifying active ingredients, it fights, among other things, against dandruff and excess sebum.  Ideal for those who want to take care of their damaged hair without coloring.  So, don't hesitate any longer and prepare a "homemade" henna mask. Henna coloring lasts a long time. The color obtained with a henna mask can last up to 9 months provided you follow a few rules.

Henna is a very good purifier for the body

Henna is a very good purifier for the body and its constituents give it fortifying properties.  It acts on the skin as:

An exfoliant

Henna (neutral) cleanses the skin in the form of a scrub, it is widely used in beauty salons which mix it with black soap to make a scrub for the whole body.  Henna thus helps to effectively remove dead skin and allows the skin to breathe and be very smooth.  If you decide to do it at home, take a “kersa” glove and mix the powder with black soap that you will rub all over your body.

You can also rejuvenate the face by spreading neutral henna mixed with water on the face for a facial mask.  You will massage in a circular motion for 5 minutes before cleaning your face with a mild soap.

A self-tanner and antiperspirant

Henna is a natural self-tanner, just mix natural henna with water or rose water which you then cover all over your body for 6 to 10 minutes or more depending on the desired effect.  Henna is not harmful like UV in the cabin and it looks very natural if the application is successful.

Taken in the form of a bath, henna becomes an antiperspirant for the body and feet thanks to its naturally antiseptic properties which reduce the secretion of sweat.  For a henna bath, put a few leaves of Roses and Alum in lukewarm water then add neutral henna.  This bath is pleasantly scented.

Manual:

 Scrub

Mix Henna powder with water to make a smooth paste.  Apply to skin as a soap, skin conditioner, or face and body.  Works best if mixed with our Rose Pure Water.  Rinse off with lukewarm water after a few minutes.

Hair mask

100g of henna, 300ml of hot water
We mix the henna powder and hot water or our ideal rose water for all hair types in a bowl, until a muddy and homogeneous paste is obtained.  You can add a little olive oil, argan ... so that the texture is creamier (and therefore easier to apply)
Then, apply the preparation all over the hair, and leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour or more.

Finally, rinse thoroughly and wash the hair with a mild shampoo.  We take great care to protect our hands (gloves), eyebrows and skin so that they do not stain, especially if we use "natural" henna.  For this, you can grease the exposed areas with a cotton swab soaked in olive oil.

After your henna mask, we adopt the reflex: no chemicals!

Precaution for use:

Before applying henna on the body and hair, please protect your hands with gloves to prevent staining.  You will also have to be careful not to dirty the surfaces of your interior.  To do so, consider covering the space you are using with a carpet because henna is very messy;  find yourself a special henna cloth to protect your clothes.
